Refinancing

Refinancing existing assets can be a fast way of releasing valuable cash that your business may need, either for working capital or for investment in further assets.

You may have equipment with a long working life that either has no existing finance against it or else has finance secured against the asset yet the asset has residual value over and above the value of the existing finance. Where there is existing finance in place then it may be possible to refinance the asset, clearing the existing loan and putting in place a new loan with new terms.
